Dr. Bola Adeboye is a World Bank trained Financial &Project Management Consultant.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos Nigeria July 1981, a MBA from the Lagos State University. He has a M.Sc. degree with Distinction in Entrepreneurship from the Kwara State University, also a doctorate degree in entrepreneurship and presently rounding up his second doctorate Degree now PhD entrepreneurship in Kwara State University, Nigeria.
He has over Thirty Five years post-graduate work experience as a professional banker at senior and executive management levels of various banks in Nigeria amongst which are Bank of Industry (formerly NIDB), United Bank for Africa (UBA), Trans International Bank (TIB), Oceanic International Bank (now Eco bank) and Peak merchant bank all in Nigeria West Africa.
He has also distinguished himself in business and entrepreneurship development and has become a highly sought-after international motivational speaker, particularly in Europe and major parts of West Africa.
He has floated over seven (7) local and international companies and he is presently the
Chairman/C.E.O of Spark Group of Companies which includes; Spark Consults Nigeria Limited, Dunamis Mega Power Limited, MD/C.E.O Worldwide Oil and Marketing Nigeria and Ghana as well as the promoter and Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of the Symphony Garden City, Lagos. He is also the founder of the Spark School of Entrepreneurship, Lagos (with a population strength of over 2,000 mentees).
He is the pioneer and co-founder of the Nigeria Police Mortgage Bank Plc. (formerly Fokas Savings and Loans Limited) with headquarters in Abuja F.C.T, Nigeria. He retired from NPMB Plc. in 2016. He is the President/Convener of The Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Initiative of Nigeria (TEEiN) and in 2018, he was appointed as a Board Member of the University of Lagos Centre for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Centre a position he occupies till Date.
He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM); Fellow, Institute of Professional
Managers and Administrators (IPMA); Member, Institute of Directors (IOD); Member of the
Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
A consultant to many local and international financial institutions, he has contributed immensely to national development through aggressive and passionate drives for economic empowerment and radical re-orientation for creative human transformation.
A renowned author, Dr. Bola Adeboye has published over (20) books bordering on Entrepreneurship,
Management, Faith and Leadership amongst which are: Personal Strategies for Excelling in Hard Times, Be the Emperor, A-Z of Success, How to use Faith in Solving Life Problems and Entrepreneurship.
He is pragmatic, dynamic and resourceful, a goal-getter and an active agent of change. Dr. Bola Adeboye is blunt, an eagle-eyed-leadership-trainer; who has the ability to see what others don’t. He is widely respected for his multi-dimensional abilities for entrepreneurship training and development.
He’s passionate about youth empowerment and he’s an advocate of entrepreneurship as a panacea for economic turnaround in Africa.

He is also a member of Ikoyi Club 1938 and Island Club of Nigeria. He has received many awards on Leadership, Service, Excellence, and Motivational skills. He has attended scores of seminars at home and abroad.
He’s presently the senior pastor at Foursquare Church Ajegunle, Ikorodu Road, Lagos Nigeria.
He’s married to Olabisi Adeboye and they’re blessed with 5 children who resides home and abroad.
